Cycling: to and from work (2,5 km each way)
Exercise bike: 10 minutes, (1,5 minutes at 2; 1,5 minutes at 3) repeated 3 times, last minute at 2
Skiing: 500 meters in 3m44s
Treadmill: 10 minutes + 3 cool down. Total 1010 meters, max incline 2,5; max speed 5,5km/h
Rowing machine: 500 meters in 2m39 (level 10)
Stairmachine: 10 minutes. 920 meters
The lesson learnt from yesterday? Don't forget MY music.
Tomorrow I won't be going to the gym. Instead there will be cycle training, almost straight after work. The teacher/leader says she will adjust to my level as well.
On Saturday I will do a 5k motionrun. Try and get under my 5k time from the last run I did: 1 hour, 2 minutes and 19 seconds.
