99 days to go

Talked to I, the physio today. We set up a plan for the next few weeks. Mostly inside training with the focus on endurance and strength, but also some outside training in the form of hikes in uneven terrain. 

A major cycle race coming up is a no-go for me, however a ladies-only 5k run is okay (no time limit). 

I am starting to get a little bit more excited now!

  2. Yaaaaaay!!! a 5k run sounds perfect for starters. That was my Mum's first race, many years ago now ... she became addicted to running. Go Mara!!!!!!!
